We provide Outplacement / Career Transition services to individuals and employees of organisations delivered as individual programs tailored for each individual through 1:1 coaching and online courses.
Providing Outplacement / Career Transition services will ensure that the individual feels confident that they have the knowledge, skills and ‘best practise’ application documents to put their best foot forward when re-entering the job market.
Services are appropriate for employees at any level who have been made redundant or where there has been a mutually agreed resignation.
Our services in our Outplacement package include;

- 1:1 Career Coaching session on their career history, industries and roles that they want to target for future roles for compilation of their resume. (via video call)
- 1:1 Career Coaching session on LinkedIn Optimisation and job searching. (via video call)
- 1:1 Career Coaching session on Interview skills techniques and practise plus salary negotiations. (via video call)

This package is for an individual going through redundancy requiring outplacement services.
Once purchased an email will be sent with next steps and links to our calendar to book in Career coaching sessions.
